This woman in her late twenties from Boston came to my office to discuss breast augmentation. She wanted a fully filled breast without excessive upper breast roundness. She chose 300cc silicone gel filled implants placed under the muscle (dual plane) using an incision underneath at the edge of the areola (periareolar). The implants used are 25cc below her fill volume.
