This patient in her late twenties from Boston’s South Shore came to my office to discuss breast augmentation surgery. Her goals included achieving a better balance to her figure and a fuller breast shape. She decided to use implants 25cc less than her fill volume. 250cc smooth, round, silicone implants were used and were placed below the muscle (dual plane) through a periareolar incision.
