This patient in her early forties from Boston came to my office to discuss breast augmentation. Her goals included achieving a full, natural look to her breasts. She chose silicone gel filled implants that are equal to her fill volume. 320cc smooth, round, silicone implants were used and were placed below the muscle (dual plane) using an incision under the breast (inframammary).
