This woman in her late thirties from western Massachusetts came to my office to discuss breast augmentation after pregnancy. She wanted fullness in her upper breasts while improving her figure balance. She had asymmetric breast ptosis; however, she declined a breast lift. A breast lift would have required more scars but would have lifted the nipples and made them more even. After reviewing her breast augmentation options, this patient chose to have 350cc mid profile silicone gel implants placed under the muscle (dual plane) using an incision underneath the breast (inframammary).
