This patient in her early 30s from the MetroWest area came to my office to discuss breast augmentation. Her goals from breast augmentation, like many Boston women, included achieving a natural breast shape while better balancing her figure. She chose tear-drop shape 310cc silicone gel filled implants; equal to her fill volume. The implants were placed above the muscle (subglandular) using an incision under the breast (inframammary).
