This patient from Boston’s North Shore is in her late thirties and came to my office to discuss breast enhancement procedures. She was interested in a breast augmentation that would fill out her breast volume and provide a natural tear drop shaped breast. Her goals were achieved by using a mid range profile implant just below her fill volume. The fill volume is the volume that I estimate to be necessary to fill the breast tissue to the point that the upper breast is full but not bulging and round.
