This patient in her late thirties from Boston’s South Shore came to my office to discuss breast augmentation. Her goals from breast augmentation included restoring the youthfulness of her breasts that she lost after having children. I recommended a circumareolar (donut) mastopexy and textured anttomic shaped silicone gel filled implants placed below the muscle. She chose 310cc implants which are implants equal to her fill volume – the volume that the breasts will naturally accommodate.
