This patient in her late forties from Boston came to my office to discuss breast enhancement surgery. Her goals from Breast Augmentation included improving her breast shape, enhancing her bust fullness and improving her figure balance. I did a breast lift and placed 400cc round silicone implants below the muscle. These implants are slightly above her fill volume.
