This patient in her forties from Cape Cod came to my Boston plastic surgery office to discuss breast rejuvenation. She is post partum and also has lost seventy five pounds through diet and exercise. We discussed her goals from surgery and her cosmetic surgery options. She wanted her breasts to look full with some roundness in the upper breast. I recommended a Wise pattern (full) mastopexy (breast lift) along with an implant augmentation. She chose silicone gel filled implants and placement of the implants under the muscle. I used moderate profile (Natrelle style 15) implants; 400cc.
